After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the goods without giving any reason. Please note that certain items are excluded from this return guarantee. This applies to personalized posters and picture frames whose protective films and packaging have been opened. (The picture frames are packaged in such a way that the  can be viewed very closely without removing the packaging.)

Condition of the returned goods:
We only accept returns for items that are in new and undamaged condition. If the returned item is damaged when it arrives at our returns warehouse, we will send it back to you. Before accepting the return, it will be checked whether there is any loss of value due to improper handling of the item.


The  Return:
You can use our online returns platform to initiate your return. Proceed as follows:
1. Give  your email address.
2. Select the items you wish to return.
3. Check your information.
4. Confirm the return.

We will then receive your request and, after confirmation, send you the return slip by email.

Multiple returns:
If you would like to return two orders to us, please do so separately to ensure a quick and correct return process.

Return costs:
Please note that we charge a return fee of €8.90. In the event of damage or complaints, the return is of course free of charge.
