We will print your poster within 48 hours of receiving your order. As soon as the print is complete, we will pass the package on to our shipping service provider. This service provider will need around 1-3 working days for delivery
The same production times apply for all other European countries. Only the shipping time increases to approximately 5-7 working days.

When purchasing items from Avem, you always have a 30-day right of return. The right of return or exchange does not apply to personalized posters, as these are printed to order.
We print our posters on 260 g/m² uncoated premium paper. The paper has a noble surface finish and cannot be bleached by sunlight.
We are sorry if your item arrived damaged. Please contact us by email. Please include your order number and attach pictures of the damaged area and we will be able to help you as quickly as possible.
